Large Organization Engagements
Our Flagship Service for organizations with a thousand or more employees.
The Employee Work Passion assessment is designed to provide rich, robust data that allows organizations to analyze responses on both macro and micro levels ranging from large sub-groups like business units and departments down to teams and other sub-groups as small as ten respondents. We partner with you to help identify the sub-groups in your organization and apply your chosen demographic choices during the set-up process. Standard analysis will produce information on meaningful differences between groups as well as providing a unique thumbprint which identifies which dimensions have the greatest impact on your employee’s intentions across the entire organization. We provide an interactive dashboard with your organization’s results available for ninety days1 beginning two weeks after response cutoff date, and a PowerPoint presentation with key findings and recommendations. Employee Work Passion personnel spend as much as three to four hours2 to walk through the dashboard with you debriefing the results, guiding your understanding, and pointing out highlights and insights, as well as suggesting next steps for addressing areas you deem important based on the survey results. Survey price is based on the number of persons invited to take part in the survey and an initial setup fee.
Mid-sized Organizations
Engagements for organizations with two hundred and fifty to a thousand employees.
Mid-sized organizations with between two-hundred-fifty and one-thousand employees can distribute the survey with a minimum of two hundred invitees. We partner with you to help identify the sub-groups in your organization and apply your demographic choices during the set-up process. Results will be presented in the same manner as the large organization survey including an interactive dashboard and PowerPoint as well as a debrief with the debrief limited to two hours2. Survey price is based on the number of persons invited to take part in the survey and an initial setup fee.
Smaller Organizations
Engagements for organizations with one hundred to two hundred and fifty employees.
Smaller organizations with between fifty and two-hundred and fifty employees can take advantage of reduced pricing by utilizing a survey which contains a limited group of pre-set demographics. Results will be provided in PDF format without demographic breakdowns which are collected for research purposes only. A minimum of twenty responses will be required to produce a report. Survey price is based on the number of persons invited to take part in the survey and a minimal initiation fee. Additional hours with our team are available at our hourly rate.
Business unit or other sub-group surveys
Organizations wishing to do so can survey smaller groups as few as two hundred invitees4 if they desire. We partner with you to apply your demographic choices during the set-up process. Results will be presented in the same manner as the organization wide survey including an interactive dashboard and survey debrief with the debrief limited to two hours2. Survey price is based on the number of persons invited to take part in the survey and an initial setup fee.
Pulse surveys
Pulse surveys, or limited distributions, of the full assessment or specific dimensions can be distributed to the entire organization or limited sub-groups as a follow-on to determine the effectiveness of actions you have taken that were prompted by the initial base-line survey. Some organizations find pulse surveys every ninety days or six months to be useful for staying abreast of sentiment in the organization. Pulse surveys can be delivered as separate engagements or as part of a subscription3. When implemented as part of a subscription pulse survey data is automatically added to your dashboard to compare with previous distributions. Pulse surveys delivered as separate engagements require an additional setup fee. Survey price is based on the number of persons invited to take part in the survey and an initial setup fee.
Subscriptions
Time based subscriptions3 are available for organizations wishing to execute multiple distributions over a specified period of time, whether to an entire company or to sub-groups. Distributions as part of a subscription can be completely independent, follow-on surveys, or pulse surveys. Subscriptions include a dashboard which remains active throughout the subscription period. Subscriptions include debrief sessions per each additional distribution after the initial debriefing, up to three per year which are limited to two hours2. Subscription price is based on the length of the subscription, the number of persons expected to be invited to take part in the survey and an initial setup fee.
Survey customization
The questions in the Employee Work Passion Assessment are based of more than ten years of research and for different forms of validation. As such the assessment questions may not be modified. Clients may request a limited number of additional questions be added to their survey distribution at negotiated pricing. Analysis of data collected for such questions may nor may not be available depending on their construction and scoring options.
Expanded analysis and/or survey debriefing
Each survey implementation includes a dashboard with robust analysis and insights into the results. Additional services are available for organizations wishing expanded analysis of sub-groups and/or organizations with statisticians or data analysts who desire complex analyses using extended platform capabilities.
Using unique links
Setting up and distributing the survey with unique links directly to individuals from the survey platform is an option available to organizations wishing to ensure that each individual can respond to the survey only once. Respondent anonymity will still be protected. This is a time intensive process that can significantly impact the cost of survey implementation.
